Jan 21, 2016 · As we now, Windows 7 doesn't have feature to install Hyper-V. But it is possible to run the Hyper-v server (the command line only server) and use the RSAT tools on Windows 7 box to create and admin our vm's which are running on this box. As Bob said, Virtual Box and VMWare supply similar operation feeling.
