Mar 06, 2015 · Based on my research, by default, the Bluetooth Support service registers itself as NT AUTHORITY/LocalSystem (the Local System account) instead of the Administrator account. So, you’ll have to change the Log On for the Bluetooth Support service from LocalSystem to the local Administrator. I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below.
