In fact, just copy your current WiiMC folder and replace one boot.dol with a different one, and edit meta.xml to prevent confusion when launching from HBC. There are other programs like WiiXplorer which also support image viewing. Anyway HOLY CRAP THIS IS GREAT YEEEEEEE

Sep 11, 2012 · Anyway since updating to system menu 4.3 and Wiimc 1.2.2 i am unable to watch any retail DVD’s. I know my wii is capable of playing DVD’s as it had done previously. I brought my wii on release day way back when so i know it isn’t because of the ‘newer drives’ Any support, suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Mark

The new ‘WiiMC Channel Installer 1.1’ is the only thing I did manage to have success with! Not a lot of good though as there is no WiiMC application for it to launch as the new ‘WiiMC 1.0.4 (New Install)’ launches from Homebrew channel, gets to 100% loaded then …nothing Black Screen and lock up.

Jul 13, 2019 · When Adobe added mkv "support" (in the 2018.1.1 release), it was not announced and was "undocumented." This is a bit oversimplified, but my take is that simple mkv files worked, and more complex ones often did not. mkv is a container, and it could hold many streams.

Apr 14, 2015 · The .mkv files will play correctly with VLC on a PC, but will not play (as streaming media) at all on a Raspberry Pi based version of XBMC or a Nintendo Wii running WiiMC. The mkvalidator program from the Matroska Foundation suggests that there are a number of errors in the .mkv files produced by Makemkv.
