The Ice Cream Sandwich [android version 4] will have Flash support available soon and then that is going to be it for flash development and android. Most future mobile devices [not just droids] are going to be using HTML5 as mobile flash development ceases.

Oct 19, 2013 · The JAVA Plugin is not supported on Windows RT, this is by design as IE 11 (with the exception of Flash) is Plug-in free. Currently there are no other browsers for Windows RT. If JAVA is a requirement you would better served by the Surface Pro 2 or one of the new Bay Trail ATOM Tablets like the Dell Venue Pro 8 or 11.
