May 05, 2018 · MS may not give support to Windows Media Player but it can still be used on the various Operating Systems. What is concerning is that your Library doesn't open, which means you can't see the folders there, which includes the Player. Click on Windows Explorer and right click on Libraries. Then click on Restore Default Libraries.
