My Wells Fargo accts will not download transactions. Just spent an HOUR with Quicken support. They will send my log files to an upper tier of tech support. I have to call or chat in tomorrow. They will not contact me. Ugh. No resolution to my issues. Hoping there will be help coming. Bummed.

Oct 01, 2018 · This is a longstanding problem with the way Quicken connects. It doesn't meet Wells Fargo's security requirements. Quicken's tech support is useless. They just suggest disruptive steps that never work. There is nothing the user can do to solve this. It needs a programming fix in Quicken.

If you have changed your PIN from the original PIN sent to you from Wells Fargo when you signed up for the service you can reset the pin by calling Wells Fargo's customer service at 1-800-956-4442 if you still have the original PIN.
