Dec 17, 2007 · Hi, my laptop is infected with the "webvideo support" malware. I tries to remove it with SmitfraudFix.exe in safe mode and it removed the add/remove programs entry but I still get the message in my internet explorer and my internet explorer tries to connect to a website on startup (the malware still exist.) I deleted all my temporary internet files and java cache folders.
