May 10, 2008 · If you are looking to do over 600AWHP, the easiest way, is to install a Walbro 255HP in-line pump with -6AN lines from the Walbro 255HP in-tank, and a set of 1000cc injectors. This will keep the streetablity and idle good without needing 1600cc injectors, and will easily support over 1000HP.

Apr 26, 2012 · The Fuel pressure drops at this point and we're guessing the external 255 pump I have can't keep up with the demand. I'm making like 13lbs of boost. Our quick fix is going to be swapping the 255 for a Bosch 044 300lph pump since this is the easiest and least expensive route. I was making 460 rwhp at 5500 rpm, how much FI hp should the 255 support?

Apr 16, 2013 · I had an evo316g in my wrx until swapping in the ej207. I was using the 255 with my current setup. I bought a 400 to replace it and run some more boost. I'm going to take the pump apart and take some pictures sometime this week. Maybe someone else has a walbro 255 laying around that was only gasoline and we could compare the guts.
