Each Voyager vendor has one entry in the vendor table, but a Voyager vendor is not required to have any accounts. However, in Alma, each vendor must have at least one account. For vendors that do not have any accounts in Voyager, Ex Libris generates a single account in Alma with minimal information based on the vendor record.
