Jan 16, 2013 · After starting to play around with some of our applications, including Microsoft lync, I noticed that I cannot make audio calls to other Lync clients, most likely due to there not being any microphone support here. I have tried to do the same thing from a thinclient with audio out / mic in jacks, but get the same result.

On our Windows 7 desktops that act as dumb terminals for VMware Horizon client access, the microphone works. Whether using the browser or the client, students are connected to the same virtual desktop.
