Nov 24, 2019 · What tips the top-spot in favour of Richer Sounds for me is that they offer an extra year's guarantee (6 years vs 5 for the others) and I like to support specialist hi-fi/AV retailers like Richer Sounds as there aren't many of them left these days, especially those with a high-street presence.

We tried going through technical support but the problem persisted.
