I believe you need to have special Windows Vista Home Premium w/support for the ATI Wonder tuner edition Should say on the sticker. This is a special tuner by HP and ATI. Also not sure what the problem is but follow the exact steps to connect and configure it through the online manual.

Jul 25, 2009 · I have Vista Home Premium with Windows Media Center. I have a ATI TV Wonder Digital Cable Tuner w/cable card slot. I bought it when I bought my Dell. In January I hook the tuner to my satelite receiver and kept getting TV signal not detected. I called Dell and Direct TV. Neither could figure it out. Dell sent another tuner. Still same problem.
