No Support At All. TL;DR - ViLayer's support is non-existant. Go Elsewhere! Getting a game server running is fine (its automated) but getting any additional access to your server (like command line access) requires a ticket which takes WEEKS to be answered. Nov 13, 2012 · At first I thought HFB as well, but then I had several people even taking the time to PM me saying their customer support is non existent, so I forked over the extra $10-15 and went with Vilayer for the auto whitelisting and auto time changer.However so far I've gotten zero support from Vilayer. Not even an email. Someone said they had a teamspeak?

Really? Because right when HFBServers went down I switched to vilayer. I got incredible framerate, smooth lag free server. Their response time to tickets was incredibly fast and I think they even have a support teamspeak. I found their service to be incredible. I use them now just for teamspeak.

As other reviews state, no support, tickets closed without resolution. They ignore support requests and will steal money. They have closed my tickets hours after putting them in with no response. DO NOT TRUST, I am putting in an official request to remove them off the official dedicated server hosting provider lists for at least space engineers.
