Specifically it is the Insteon PowerLinc USB Interface #2413U. Simply plug it in with a USB cord (not included) and configure it within Vera. Thats it! Not much to it. You do not need an Insteon hub because you can use Vera and their mobile apps to control the insteon and z-wave all through that. Now you can also use X-10 as well.
