I'm trying to run a surebackup job and when it goes to power on the machine i'm getting a "Reason: The destination file system does not support large files." and then the job fails. Im running 5.0.2.230 64 bit. Its installed on a physical Server 2008 64 bit box. The NFS is on a NTFS volume.

Aug 28, 2018 · VMware WorkStation says, that I can't "store virtual disk as single file", because "the destination file system does not support large files", but in fact it does. Ramdisk has 12GB free space and is NTFS formatted.

Oct 08, 2015 · This works fine. The Veeam server is the only Veeam proxy, but is more than powerful enough - 16 cores, 32GB RAM, 10GbE. What I'm wondering about is Veeam. It handles the spans fine and can do a full backup of these in around 14 hours. However, I've heard it both ways in regard to the layout and Veeam.
