May 25, 2012 · I have a new laptop with window 7.When ever i put in a thumb drive or a usb storage device it starts to run it and installs the hardware and everything but then i cant find it and when i do i install it manually and everything including check it for updates and still cant start it. and when i look at the problem it tells me (This device cannot start.

Apr 10, 2017 · First disconnect the USB cord for the printer from the computer, then expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers field and find any USB Printing Support entries that are greyed out. If this is the only printer, this should be easy. Right click on the one that is greyed out and click Uninstall Device, then click uninstall.

I don't know why this one is such a problem. Yes the printer shows in the USB area "Sieko Smart Label printer 200". or "USB Printer Support" (depending on if I don't install the driver or go ahead an install it, respectively). But disabled. It says "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing.
