Eoan Ermine 19.10. This is the latest regular release, which we (the Ubuntu Studio team) will be supporting for 9 months (until July 2020). The upgrade process from 19.10 to 20.04 LTS will be smoother than from 18.04, so this is the version recommended for all new installations.
