Mar 22, 2017 · The real bottom line here is: If you have a problem related to CableCARD or Tuning Adapter on a TWC/Spectrum system, call their national CableCARD support desk 866-532-2598. Don't even bother going through local support. Fingers crossed that Spectrum will continue to support this desk. It employs some 30 people which costs a lot.

Nov 21, 2017 · I called 1-866-606-5889, spoke to TV support, they transferred me to cable card support. Cable card support said that you can definitely keep your cable card and still make changes to your account (i.e. cancel or increase internet service). She mentioned that it is required by the FCC that Spectrum provide cable card support.
