TLS without STARTTLS when TLS Support is Required. we configured TLS connection as required for some destination domains in the "Destination Controls". Unfortunately the Mailserver of a destination domain sometimes didn’t send the “250-STARTTLS” in the HELO reply (don’t know why).

The server doesn't support TLS so neither can the client. I have enabled SSL on server. The 5223 port is enabled for SSL. Also the properties for SSL are set as xmpp.socket.ssl.active true, xmpp.socket.ssl.keypass, xmpp.socket.ssl.keystore is set to resources/security/keystore.
