Jan 31, 2008 · i went to a medical supply store and got a thumb brace thing, ill post pics eventualy and I fell a lot skiing and I didn't get skiers thumb at all. It fits in my glove and doesn't affect my holding onto the pole or hurts. When I fell I could feel the pressure but It stopped it from really getting messed up or really hurting at all. So it works.
