Nov 11, 2015 · Since some Lenovo models have RAID features enabled if they are purchased in the dual drive (HDD+cache SSD) configuration (e.g.W530/540), there is a chance your laptop supports RAID still. Probably Lenovo RAID Test tool will show actual hw state (have a look at the readme file):
