I contacted HP and oredered a set of recory disks . However when loading the disk I get an erro stating the system recovery media does not support this computer you are not able to restore this system with the media. i have checked online everywhere and driving me nuts.

You are not able to restore this system with these discs" What happened was that, I tend to restore my PC to factory defaults every month or so, because it gets slower after a while and I bought an HP Envy 15 with Core.i7 processor and 6GB RAM for speed, so its not something I want to suffer
