I contacted HP and oredered a set of recory disks . However when loading the disk I get an erro stating the system recovery media does not support this computer you are not able to restore this system with the media. i have checked online everywhere and driving me nuts. what can I do. te build ID appears to be the correct one

You are not able to restore this system with these discs" What happened was that, I tend to restore my PC to factory defaults every month or so, because it gets slower after a while and I bought an HP Envy 15 with Core.i7 processor and 6GB RAM for speed, so its not something I want to suffer

HP does not include recovery discs in the box its personal computers as the recovery software comes on the hard drive. You can obtain recovery discs from HP Support, or use Recovery Manager software to create a set of recovery discs yourself.
