Jan 01, 2014 · Have you tried by using host file entries? In a farm if there are multiple servers, we can put host file entry on each server so that once load balance chooses one of the servers for a client, all subsequent requests will come to same server.

Instead of using an RSS web part to display the data from this list, you can insert it as a list view web part into a page directly, customize the list view to sort and filter, to display the data in the style you want.

Jan 09, 2015 · “The RSS WebPart does not support authenticated feeds” Within SharePoint 2010 to get RSS WebParts to work successfully with internal RSS feeds you have to make sure your site is Kerberos enabled. If not your RSS WebParts will not work. External RSS feeds will work fine on none Kerberos enabled web applications.

Apr 15, 2011 · The second trick is you only need to setup Kerberos on the site that is using RSS feed webpart. The displayed site does not need to be Kerberos enabled. Jul 22, 2014 · If you really need an authenticated feed web part then you have to get one from the third party market or build in security authentication. But the security authentication needs to be built from scratch since SharePoint can't impersonate through a web part to a back end.
