This is a snapshot of the site that used to host the plugin, so it may be a bit confusing to get it working. The EclipseColorer plugin by Igor Russkih also has support for coloring Haml and Sass. Perhaps the expectation is that you will always use your space bar? In any case, after opening a .haml file, look along the bottom bar of the TextMate interface. Be sure the Haml bundle is selected, and change your tabbing to Soft Tabs at 2 spaces per tab. Update: Here are instructions for installing the Sass TextMate bundle:

Some other features it'd be awesome to see Rubymine support: script/console built into ide textmate features = placing inverted commas around highlighted text, brace generation, #{} generation when keying a hash in a string But, yes, really losing time on using haml effectively with a four space tab. Any help would be appreciated!

Hey Pete, thanks for the great feedback. I just installed 2017.1 EAP, but unfortunately got the same issue. The only thing that seemed new is that when I selected (by accident) the /usr/bin/ruby interpreter (the old version needed by the macOS system), it gave a message that that version seemed corrupt.
