Mar 04, 2009 · I have found the solution. I only had to change "Settings.settings" in Common.dll properties from "user" to "application", and then it works :) Thanks

However, I DON'T WANT to do this because if it's Application scope, then the 3rd party developers cannot modify the ConnectionString.
