i would agree out of all the mmos i have been apart of En masse has been the best with Ncsoft in a close 2nd when it comes to support..back in 2012 when the game was retail they used to have a 24/7/365 live chat since it went free to play that changed but they still have a pretty high level of support.

Where is it? I was considering coming back to Tera after ~3 years out of game - I played when it had the sub and actually bought the game. I emailed support a simple question after downloading the game but not logging in. It's been a full week of business days and I haven't received anything but the initial auto-response saying you created a ticket. How have your support experiences been?
