Here are the answers to your questions: (a) As discussed in this blog article, Telerik UI for Xamarin is updated to support the Unified API, hence you are able to develop 64-bits apps with our product. (b) You do not have to obtain a license for UI for iOS in order to use UI for Xamarin.iOS bindings.

May 21, 2007 · The problem stems from the fact that the MS Jet engine (the DB engine behind Microsoft Access) does not have a 64-bit port. Running on a 64-bit machine will default to a 64-bit web application pool and it will not be able to find the 32-bit version of the Jet engine component.
