Feb 04, 2017 · I understand. T-Mobile needs to work with Google to allow their wifi on base code. Today no phone gets T-Mobile wifi calling unless T-Mobile has rolled their own version of the ROM. I would like T-Mobile to work on getting t-mobile wifi calling out to other handsets that do not have custom t-mobile ROMs (like my oneplus one) .

Jan 25, 2017 · Agree that it is a great idea. I have made this suggestion before myself. I use T-Mobile on the OnePlus and it is great. I think allowing UMA on non-T-Mobile branded phones would save T-Mobile some money as it could take some traffic off the wireless network. Also, I too have trouble using T-Mobile at work, and Wi-Fi calling would help a lot.

It is not T-Mobile but Assurant (insurance company) that replaces the device. Usually it is a refurbished but on occasion they are new. I have had a couple of the refurbs and frankly couldn't tell the difference.
