Oct 17, 2013 · Did you find some traces of support of R2 of Windows 2012 by NetBackup 7.5.0.6 or 7.6? I am into the same situation now and could not find Symantec making any clear statement with confidence for support of Windows 2012 R2 specifically, in SCL or Release Notes.

May 02, 2013 · I'm finding this absolutely hard to believe, but from everything I'm reading, Symantec Backup Exec still doesn't support Windows Server 2012? I just got done migrating about 2TB's worth of data to a new Server 2012 file server.

Apr 07, 2014 · I fired up two 2012 DCs last week only to find out that BE 2010 doesnt support backing them up. It looks like 2010 R3 has caused nothing but problems and our whole IT department has witnessed 3 Symantec products go down the toilet.
