Aug 15, 2017 · I have a Surface Pro 3 with water damage. I contacted support over this a long time ago and they advised me get it fixed through my insurance instead of using the MS support service. Because the insurance of the person who made the damage isn't cooperating I still have a device that isn't working and I just want to have it fixed.

Jan 16, 2020 · I been on hold for 62 minutes. I have a case open that the guy Noel just never emailed me again. I call and tell the guy it never came in and he says it was delivered. UPS tracking shows it never left the building. Why does their support suck so bad? If this is typical I will NOT suggest any more Surface products for our remaining employees.
