Recently, the KODAK Pulse Frame service stopped working and, regrettably, we haven't been able to recover it. The service and technology is outdated and, we are sorry to say, it can no longer be effectively maintained. This includes the PULSE digital picture frame website, activation of frames, and other Internet-connected features.

I contacted Kodak's customer support who confirmed the SD card limitation. Other limitations include: 1. Unable to rotate photos on the frame or through the Kodak Pulse website. 2. Unable to download photos back out of the Kodak Pulse website.4/4(26)
