Mar 07, 2013 · As much as I would like to defend steam. Their support really sucks balls comparable or equal to EA. Can't speak for Origin but in 7 years I've now had to use support one time for Steam, and granted that it was slow (3 days between responses), it was resolved very well.

I really do hope Steam just dies, or that they completely overhaul how the company works. Their support is a joke, and even if something comes up that forces them to fix their support, they've already shown that they don't give a shit about customers.
