The West Virginia Bureau for Child Support Enforcement (BCSE) exists to help divorced, separated or never-married parents provide for the financial support of their children. Both parents are obligated to provide financial support for their children, even if they no longer live with the child. Even if a parent has moved out of state, he or she is still obligated to financially support the child.
