Mar 26, 2007 · Are you running the IIS built-in SMTP-server or Exchange (or other external smpt-server)? Reason for the question is that I'm not quite sure how IIS does with the SMTP-server that's builtin when you install a server certificate for the Web server.

May 23, 2017 · Server 2003 does not support TLS and as mentioned your products are out of date and no longer supported. What is urgent is migrating away from them. Are you sure it doesn't support TLS? I'm confused as to why all of the sudden we're not receiving most of our mail.

I am using MS SQL Server 2008 R2 SP2 Express edition, 64 bit. I do not have access to the Database Mail setup wizard, but the Binn directory contains DatabaseMail.exe (v10.50.16600.1) and DatabaseMailengine.dll.
