Magictune is included on a disc that comes with all new Samsung monitors, and allows you to use an app to change the monitor settings instead of fumbling with the button menus. It has been a while since a computer system was made that actually didn't support Magictune.

OSD does not operate and just displays the word ‘MagicTune’ while MagicTune is operating on the CDT monitor. A1 The CDT monitor is configured to not allow OSD operation while MagicTune is operating. This avoids the possibility of a system crash of both MagicTune and OSD.

Dec 11, 2008 · You have probably read the compatibility list and will see that even the HD3XX series is not supported with Magictune, I think that you will probably find that the more recent cards actually have an improved image enhancement capability within the cards driver software than magictune does hence there is no need for magictune support.....just a guess there.Motherboard: MSI Z170A Tomahawk

Nov 27, 2007 · The problem with the MagicTune software may have been linked to the nVidia drivers, which were not correctly installed at first (Vista was just using the generic GPU drivers). After a quick update, MagicTune worked for about a minute then popped up a box saying "This computer system does not support MagicTune...." Just great...
