Mar 01, 2014 · The mouse input issue while remote gaming on a laptop to a win pc is due to the splashtop software treating the mouse like a touchpad on a mobile device. This can easily be observed by booting up any FPS style game on the remote pc, getting to gameplay and move the mouse around.

I can confirm, since approx a month Splashtop is sometimes very slow. To Support - it has nothing to do with internet connection, please check at your backbone / aws service, other - I get less reliability even on 600mbit symmetric connections. It IS an issue on your side, after recent updates.

Dec 27, 2016 · Updated streamer to 3.1.2.0 the other day and issue appeared after reboot. I tried uninstalling the streamer and re-installing but I get the same issue. Mouse moves to top left just above apple menu when any attempt to move within splashtop client is made. I'm able to reproduce this on Windows client 3.1.2.1 and the current iphone client.

Jun 03, 2016 · Hey guys, just found a fix for the mouse problem when gaming using windows client. To those that don't remember, the problem was a bad mouse behavior when we opened a game or something. It made nearly impossible to play most games and Splashtop released a partial fix but it didn't help much.

Oct 01, 2013 · This has been occurring for me since I updated to the latest version, I was previously able to use splashtop and control games running on my PC but now I have no mouse control in the games. The keyboard works fine. I have tried both mouse settings and it shows the mouse moving but it won't click with in the game.
