I received a downloadable version of The Sims 3 for my birthday two years ago from Gamestop, and when the game gets to the InstallSheild Wizard, it asks me to insert a disk containing the file for Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Install1\Support\EA Help\en-us\Lock-up_and_Freeze.

I can find the Sims 4 folder in Documents/Electronic Arts just fine but when I try to find the rest of the game's files in Program Files(x86)/Origin Games, only my Sims 3 games show up. Is this because I downloaded the game electronically?
