Oct 12, 2010 · Yes it is a terrible situation: Microsoft is having a 64 Bit browser and Silverlight does not even support their own Browser! Why would I want to start ANOTHER Browser (32 Bit version of IE) when there is almost the same browser (64 bit) on my system??? I need to login to OWA (also Micorosoft!!!) and it relies on Silverlight.

Silverlight does NOT support Windows 7 using 64 bit systems. I have tried everything including the complete removal of Silverlight from my system and a clean reinstall. The Silverlight webpage clearly states the program does NOT support 64 bit systems.
