Feb 08, 2016 · Hope I'm wording this correctly, but does anyone have support directly with ShoreTel? What has your experience been? I'm currently coming to the end of out partner support contract and I've been less than impressed... but it's not entirely the partner's fault.

(ShoreTel) Partner support allows your partner to open up Service Requests for your system and allows you access to software for upgrades. You could choose "Enterprise Support" in which you would have access to ShoreTel directly for TAC and software. That purchase still goes through a partner. But you can call ShoreTel yourself then.
