There was no response from the Service Essentials Remote Support Pack client and/or the remote back- Help! I have just inheritted an instance of SIM 6.0 which was ina half installed state. Basically there seems to be a problem with SIM communicating back to HP. I can list all my systems and they appear with an icon (white "?"

The Service Essentials Remote Support Pack client is either not installed or is a version older than is supported with the HP SIM contract and warranty gathering tool. I have checked the versions and verified the connection to HP and everything appears to be working from the server. Thanks for any help.

Verify the Service Essentials Remote Support Pack client service is running, properly configured and that the HP SIM server has access to the internet.
