Hi @peterpan68,. Simular to some earlier Huawei rocket stick models, the LTE WiFi Rocket Stick E8372 should have a start-up page feature under the settings preference option. This is where you should find several start-up boxes to check and un-check. You'll need to remove the check boxes from both 'show home page on connection' and 'Launch on OS start-up'.

Jul 16, 2009 · Seems that the rocket hub will not always work with a VPN according to Rogers apparently a 70% success rate. if you add the VPN feature and it still is not working you may be in the 30%. you could call Roger Rocket hardware tech support to make sure they just did not set up the feature incorrectly 866-931-3282
