@barthbradley You can make it show or not show however you want by how you draw the model line in the family.It is a simple geometry control. @brandon A lot of things in Revit are weird and for this one they might have thought that showing the handrail support wouldn't be necessary.To be fair I have never shown them on my drawings so the OOTB setting is sort of working in my favor.
