On April 1, 2016, BHOs will replace Regional Support Networks (RSNs) across Washington State, except in Clark and Skamania counties. State law created BHOs to purchase and administer mental health and substance use disorder treatment through managed care organizations, for people with Medicaid coverage. There is one BHO in each of nine regions.

Jan 01, 2020 · (1) The authority shall promptly share reports it receives under RCW 71.05.750 with the responsible regional support network or behavioral health organization. The regional support network or behavioral health organization receiving this notification must attempt to engage the person in appropriate services for which the person is eligible and report back within seven days to the authority.
