Oct 31, 2005 · hi, i installed the 512x512 textures,then enabled dxt textures, after they had been converted i got a pop up box saying that becuase of my security settings dxt textures where not enabled i would have to manually enable them in asv/active enviroment/dxt batch file, so what do i have to do.

As far as I can ascertain, the TNT2 simply doesn't support texture compression and you aren't going to get round that by driver updates or downloading libraries etc. As graphics cards go, it is pretty long in the tooth now and the world has moved on I'm afraid.
