While the Blacksburg office is super neat, Rackspace corporate can work against us sometimes. The Blacksburg office isn't part of Rackspace's core business, so we get forgotten at times. Speed and detail of support has got much worse over the years. Rackspace Cloud (OpenStack) has no future. Has not kept up with AWS/Google and so is now very limited in services and functionality. Just started moving from dedicated/Rackspace Cloud setup to AWS as supported by Rackspace and so far good. Will update review as we progress.
