Mar 26, 2013 · The problem now is that Firefox is all the way up to version 19 now (at least on my machine at work) and I cannot use that version with QTP 10 to prove that "QTP 10 works with Firefox". I've used QTP 11 in previous company so I know what you are talking about when it comes support on later versions of Firefox. I hope this answers your question.

I am runnign QTP 11 with the appropriate patches for firefox support... The problem is that when a javacript alert pops up, it is totally invisible to QTP. I can see it, click it, etc, but to QTP it doest exist. Object Spy identifies the objects behind the alert as though it were not even there....
