@AdamStrauss Followed The Guide for troubleshooting did the trick didnt have to do with pycharm it was with python in general ,apparently pygame dosent like python 3.8 downgrading worked.Thanks. – Empty Just Like Heaven Dec 25 '19 at 13:59
