When your administrator clicks on that link, they will go to a page with your Account Manager's name and phone number. For premier support, give us an 800 number that says "please enter your premier support passcode" then gets us to a rep. Any other needs should use the "normal" 800 line - combining them on one line will lead to delays - either delays due to auto-prompts, or delays as a live person transfers us.
