    And the portlet you are deploying is built using Liferay 6.1, which is not compatible. Create new portlet in current portal instance. Move files of old portlet to the newly created portlet and deploy again. To make it more clear: JAVA_HOME should be C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_60 without the bin.
